Frequently asked questions

Is this invoice generator really free?

Yes. There's no limit on the number of invoices you can create, and downloaded PDFs have no watermark.

Do you store or see my invoice data?

No. Everything you type is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to a server. Refreshing the page clears it, so download or print before you navigate away.

Can I use this for multiple clients or recurring invoices?

Yes — just change the details and download a new PDF for each client or billing period. Each invoice is independent.

What currencies are supported?

USD, UGX, EUR, GBP, KES, NGN, and ZAR are built in. The currency symbol updates the invoice preview instantly.

Can I add my logo?

Logo upload isn't available in this version yet — for now the business name doubles as your header. It's on the list for a future update.
