Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

By using InvoicePad, you agree to the following terms.

The service

InvoicePad is a free tool that generates invoice documents based on information you provide. It runs entirely in your browser and does not require an account.

No warranty

InvoicePad is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that invoices generated with this tool meet the legal, tax, or accounting requirements of your jurisdiction or industry. You are responsible for reviewing any document before sending it to a client and for consulting a qualified accountant or tax advisor where needed.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for how you use the documents this tool generates. Do not use this tool to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents.

No data retention

Because this tool processes data locally in your browser, we hold no record of invoices you create and cannot recover them if lost. Download or print your invoice before closing the page.

Advertising

This site may be supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to lost data, business losses, or disputes arising from invoices generated using this tool.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
